With over 30 years’ experience in the Information Technology sector, Graham provides vision and organizational leadership expertise to a team of professionals in delivering quality and innovative results to its customers. In addition, Graham’s focus is to continue ARC’s growth through expansion into other markets in Canada and the USA, and through the establishment of new business lines.
Principal & Executive Director-Oil & Gas
Jacob Koshy is one of the founders of ARC Business Solutions Inc. and actively participates in providing practical leadership and direction to ARC’s Executive – including visioning, direction and growth efforts. Jacob also functions as the Executive Director of the Oil and Gas midstream division. As the leader of this division Jacob provide vision, direction and guidance to the team, and has helped deliver successful customer solutions from “Nominations to Invoicing”.
Principal & Executive Director-Utility Sector Consulting
Darwin Perrier is one of the three owners of ARC. Since 1985, he has achievements in many areas of the industry, on many types of initiatives. He has strong leadership, consulting, planning and architecture skills. He is currently leading ARC’s Utility Sector Consulting division and is recognized as an expert in Western Canada. He has sat on the Alberta Smart Grid Council acted as an expert witness, worked on many of the utility sector regulations in Alberta and contributed significantly to the sector.
Director Business Strategies
Andrew has been driving business strategy and results via technology solutions and business process improvements since 1986. He has engaged corporate leaders to build realistic and achievable technology and people-based solutions to transform their businesses. This has involved leading high-tech, multidisciplinary software teams delivering high-quality integrated solutions in diverse locations with multidisciplinary teams. He led over 35 projects with high-tech software development teams (desktop, web and mobile) to deliver on fixed timelines. Andrew led collaborative teams across departmental, corporate, cultural and international boundaries and managed budgets multi-million dollar initiatives.
Director, Enterprise Content Management
Cole is a multi-faceted IT practitioner with an array of experience in successfully deploying customer technology solutions since 1988. With a keen focus on Information Governance, business value, compliance, and customer engagement, he possesses a wide spectrum of applied experience, across both private and public sector customers. Cole possesses deep expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to assist organizations with document and records management requirements, and to operationalize information management solutions toward achieving compliance with corporate policy, legislation, regulation and standards such as: Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIPP), Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles (GARP), Canadian General Standards Board Electronic Records as Documentary Evidence (CGSB 72.34, 72.11), Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and International Standards Organization (ISO) 15489:2001 Records Management.
Manager, Mobile Solutions Division
Klaus is an experienced Developer, Team Lead, Business Analysis and Project Manager since 1997. After a decade and a half building business applications for large corporate and government entities, his latest work has focused on delivering mobile apps and games across iOS, Android, Amazon and Windows platforms. He has experience in gamification, user acquisition, engagement and retention, with half a dozen games in the iTunes Store (Streaker Run, Plumber Crack, Word Meister, Kitten Assassin, etc.) with combined downloads in the tens of millions. He holds a BSc in Computing Science and an MBA from the University of Alberta.
Director, Enterprise Change; Director, Mining Division
Gloria is a highly versatile, dedicated, performance-focused leader and technological strategist since 1990. She is noted for her ability to guide organizations, build consensus, and coordinate disparate groups to promote consistency and reliability. She is a confident, straight forward leader with diverse technical/operations expertise. Her operational experience along with her ITIL, COBIT, Outsourcing, Program Management experience offers a unique blend of real-world experience that produces exceptional results.
Director, Global Training and Delivery
Gopan is an information systems professional in active practice since 1999. He has acquired a broad range of applied experience including application development, business analysis, design, testing, architecture, and project management. His hybrid of business, technical, organizational and communications skills comes from a varied background in both the private and public sectors – including working as a business immigration officer and supervisor within the Canadian federal government. He has delivered successful, large and small scale IT projects within customers’ formal project management methodologies. He is customer-focused, tactful, and possesses capabilities to traverse between executive/senior management and project team members alike.
Michael den Ouden
Business Development Director
Michael is responsible for business development in both Calgary and Saskatchewan. He has been in Account Management and Sales in the IT sector since 1996. He is recognized for opening new markets with focus on IT solutions with software, hardware and services. Michael is known for his solution selling knowledge and respected for his strong relationship management. Michael’s past assignments have varied from software sales to general IT services. He is focused on meeting all commitments and satisfying the expectations of his clients. Michael has maintained his commitment to helping his community in Calgary by coaching youth basketball and soccer since 2006. Michael holds Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina.
Manager, Managed Services Division
Mike is an innovative and trusted people manager that delivers information technology solutions with a strong focus on business value. He has deep technical experience, and is an effective and collaborative leader who develops and maintains successful relations with multiple stakeholders that include internal/external customers, vendors and IT colleagues. Applied experience in pipeline operation complements demonstrated success in program/project delivery, process improvements and showcases how technology solutions result in improved business operations.
Delivery Manager, Enterprise Content Management Division
Michael’s primary focus is as a delivery manager, senior architect and consultant in ARC’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) division to ensure client projects are delivered on time and under budget by the team. Since 2006, he has product certification and experience in the integration of document capture, imaging, OCR technologies and products, workflow solutions, as well as a solid knowledge of records management and imaging standard practices. Michael has a wealth of practical experience in all facets of an I.T. project lifecycle. From marketing and sales engineering to systems and business analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, and support, he has delivered solutions for a wide array of organizations including the United Nations, large banking and insurance institutions, oil and gas companies with a specialty in claims processing for health care insurance providers. Michael also led a team to build ARC’s Health Claims Capture for Captiva framework as an EMC Certified solution replacement for EMC’s end-of-life ClaimPack product.
