Rohit is the Director of Strategic Growth and Partnerships with ARC, he is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth, and performance of ARC’s flagship brand. As a seasoned professional with more than 12 years+ of Account Management and Business Development in several different industries both in the Private and Public sector, Rohit is known for his unique approach to client management which allows him to deliver top-tier customer service. Rohit is constantly working with his clients to find further efficiencies and help his clients develop successful future work plans.

Errol is a Microsoft Certified Professional with over 17 years of experience in Microsoft technologies as well as other products. He is constantly learning about new technologies and implementing them to benefit our MSP clients as well as the ARC family itself. He believes in creating partnerships with clients, working with them, not for them, in order to achieve their needs and requirements. In previous roles working with international companies, Errol has worked to reconfigure entire infrastructures including streamlining networks, consolidating servers and creating helpdesk environments. He has worked with different company’s Microsoft licensing structures and saved them up to $300,000 per year in unnecessary licensing fees.
Chantel is the Marketing Specialist and Office Administrator for the ARC Business Solutions Inc. head office in Edmonton, Alberta. She is also back up support to the Calgary, Regina and Toronto offices. Chantel has over 20 years experience in Administration and 6 years experience in Marketing. Chantel is an adaptable, hardworking and a dependable team player. She is also flexible, reliable and committed to each task at hand.

Benoit is Controller for ARC Business Solutions Inc. Benoit has over 17 years of working experience in accounting department. He possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make well thought out decisions. He is a focused and hardworking person who is able to efficiently complete tasks while maintaining a high attention to detail. He has his Bachelors of Business in Accounting.

Darwin is a founding partner of ARC. Since 1985, he has achievements in a cross-section of industry and project initiatives. He has strong leadership, consulting, planning and architectural skills. He is currently leading ARC’s Utility Sector Consulting division and is recognized as an expert in western Canada. He has participated on the Smart Grid Council, acted as an expert witness, and actively works on many utility sector regulations.

He is recognized for opening new markets, and is known for his solution selling knowledge coupled with his strong relationship management. Jaxsy is the HR & Finance Manager for ARC Business Solutions Inc. and is based in the head office in Edmonton, Alberta. Jaxsy obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration- Accounting in 2016. Over the last 12 years Jaxsy has gained lots of experience in various accounting positions allowing her to add significant value to the ARC team. Her social personality, commitment to continued learning, and desire for helping others has led her into the HR world over the last 3 years.
